I really like a tropical setting, perhaps it's more like a jungle. Anything that can put me in a tropical state of mind is a good thing, and will get me psyched up for perhaps ordering a mango Margarita. One thing for sure about this restaurant, it is fun because there is so much to look at.
I thought it was kind of interesting that the Disney builders decided to put a restaurant just outside the entrance to a Theme Park. It is the only one, there is no other Theme Park that has a restaurant sitting right outside like the Animal Kingdom Zoo park. The food is really good and they seem to specialize mostly in island cuisine and have a lot of flame broiled chicken, steaks, and pork. Everything is really tasty from what we tried, they seem to use a lot of herbs, spices, and creole sauce to fire up the flavor. People that decide to eat here really get an interesting experience they won't find anywhere else around Orlando.
The Orlando Restaurant Scene is like no other. Here you come face-to-face with dastardly movie creatures and learn about the cool past. Only at Disney Orlando can you have this much fun eating, walking, and learning. Fun follows you around.
Try the hooters restaurant for the wings, and chevy's is a good choice. We like to get Taco Bell and take that inside the theme parks to save money. Burritos are easy to take in your backpack. The Dine-In Theater is a sure thing.
